Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
